Aunt Sandy'S Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinned, boiled and diced
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 2/3 pkg. rounds Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 sticks melted margarine
    2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients; set aside.
    In separate bowl, mix last 3 ingredients.
    In 9 x 13-inch bowl, layer 1/2 of second mixture; top with all of first mixture, then top with remaining mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
