Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, grated
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 large can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Mix all but onion rings and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. During the last five minutes, sprinkle with French fried onion rings.
