Woods Landing Microwave Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 fish fillets (orange roughy)
    water to cover plus 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    1/4 c. celery
    1/4 c. fresh mushrooms (may use canned)
    1/4 c. green onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Soak fillets in water and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
    Drain. Dip drained fish in butter.
    Place in single layer in microwave dish.
    Sprinkle with vegetables.
    Microwave on High 7 minutes, rotating dish (covered dish) halfway through the 7 minutes.
    Mix soup, sour cream, dash of salt, dash of pepper and dash of paprika and pour over fish and cook, covered, 7 to 10 minutes more.
