Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. shredded Jack cheese
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. pan sausage
Preparation
    Brown pan sausage until crumbly and set aside.
    Combine the 2 cheeses.
    Pour them into a well-greased baking dish.
    Blend the eggs, milk and biscuit mix very well.
    Pour this over the cheese. Sprinkle with the sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
