Microwave Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. finely minced onion
    1/2 tsp. pressed garlic
    ground black pepper
    2 slices stale bread
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until smooth.
    Shape into desired size meatballs (they shrink a bit).
    Cook in microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Turn and rearrange and cook for 5 more minutes.
    Drain. Serve as an appetizer with hot mustard or ketchup or serve on cooked noodles with a can of mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 cup milk and heated as a sauce.
