Potato Casserole With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. chives
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil until tender.
    Drain well and mash. Add margarine, cream cheese, chives and a little milk, if desired. Put in buttered casserole dish and top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1/2 hour.
