Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine 1 cup sugar and cream cheese.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add salt and almond extract.
Pour into spring-form pan. Bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Remove from oven.
Cool for 20 minutes. Mix sour cream, remaining sugar (2 tablespoons) and vanilla.
Pour over cheese cake.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Yields 10 servings.
