Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 pkg. regular corn bread kit
    1 pkg. Mexicorn bread kit
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    12 oz. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and broccoli in the 1 1/2 sticks oleo.
    Melt 1/2 stick oleo in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, mix the regular corn kit, Mexicorn kit, eggs, milk and cottage cheese. Add sauteed mixture.
    Pour in buttered pan.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
