Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 small can green chili peppers
    salt, pepper and cumin
    1 pkg. tortillas (12)
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in butter.
    Add other ingredients (except tortillas and grated cheese).
    Cut tortillas into quarters.
    Spoon some meat mixture into casserole followed by a layer of tortillas and then cheese.
    Repeat until all meat mixture is used ending with meat on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
