Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 cinnamon stick
    little piece orange peel
    pinch of salt
    1 c. rice
    1 can evaporated milk (big)
    1/2 can condensed milk
    powdered cinnamon
Preparation
    Put 3 cups water in a saucepan with the orange peel, cinnamon stick and salt until boiled.
    When starts boiling, add rice (rice must be washed).
    Put top on saucepan and let rice boil under low flames (until dried).
