Stuffed Meat Loaf Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 slice stale bread, cubed
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in milk.
    Combine with remaining ingredients except cheese and catsup.
    On a sheet of waxed paper, spread meat mixture to form a 10 x 12-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and roll up like a jelly roll.
    Place seam side down in a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart glass loaf pan.
    Bake meat loaf uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cover with catsup and cook 1/2 hour longer.
