Loaded Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. walnuts
16 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients then add last 4 ingredients.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
