Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cauliflower
    mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel outside leaves and stem from cauliflower.
    Place in pan and steam until tender.
    Take from pan and put on a casserole dish and spread with mayonnaise.
    Place under broiler until brown.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cut in slices and serve.
