Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large new potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1/3 c. light cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Peel potatoes; cut in finger-size pieces. Place in casserole; sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, for 45 to 50 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
