Crunchy Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 Honey Maid graham crackers, finely rolled (about 1 c.)
    1 c. Planters Pecans, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 egg whites, at room temperature
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans and baking powder; set aside. In large bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold graham cracker mixture into egg whites. Spread in greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Spread with whipped
    cream. Makes 8 servings.
