Herb Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken
2 c. prepared Good Seasons garlic
salad dressing
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Marinate chicken in the salad dressing for several hours or overnight. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Drain chicken.
Dredge in flour mixture. Dip in salad dressing and roll in crumbs. Fry in hot, deep fat for 8 to 10 minutes.
