Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Add onion, celery and pepper and cook until tender.
    Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes, stirring often. Uncover and cook 15 more minutes.
    Serves 4.
