Cocoa Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. soft margarine
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. Coke
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except Coke and marshmallows in a large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed, then beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add Coke and blend well. Stir in marshmallows by hand.
Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
