Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
3 drops mint flavoring
food coloring

Preparation

Mix thoroughly.
Form into balls the size of walnuts.
Roll in granulated sugar and press firmly into molds.
Unmold immediately.
