Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Flavor-All seasonings
Preparation
    Using your hands, mix all ingredients well.
    Form into balls about the size of a ping-pong ball or smaller.
    Brown in an iron skillet with several tablespoons of cooking oil.
    Drain.
    Add the meat balls to the spaghetti sauce.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 12 minutes or more.
    Serve over hot spaghetti.
