Denver Sandwiches For One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped cooked ham
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 thin slices tomato (if desired)
    1 English muffin, split and toasted
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine egg, ham, milk, onion powder and basil. Beat well.
    Melt margarine in small skillet over medium heat.
    Add bell pepper.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp and tender. Reduce heat to low . Add egg mixture to skillet.
    Cook until set, but still moist, stirring occasionally.
    Place tomato slice on each muffin half, top with egg mixture.
    Makes 1 serving.
