Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
4 slices natural Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island salad dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Place chicken in greased baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over the cheese.
Cover with foil and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted into chicken with ease.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
Makes 4 servings.
(Add 15 to 20 minutes for bone-in chicken.)
