Chicken Don'T Peek - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, uncooked, deboned and cut into pieces
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    3 to 4 c. water
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, place rice, top with chicken.
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Add water and celery soup; cover tightly with foil and seal well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 or 2 to 3 hours.
    Don't peek, so the rice will cook.
    During the last few minutes, remove foil to allow the meat to brown.
