Crab Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices thin bread
    1 lb. backfin crab meat
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. chopped pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread and dice.
    Place half of bread in ungreased 9-inch casserole dish.
    Mix mayonnaise, mustard and pimento.
    Put crab meat in bowl.
    Add salt and pepper; gently toss with mayonnaise mixture, taking care not to break pieces.
    Spread over bread; top with remaining bread.
    Beat eggs; mix with milk. Pour over crab meat and bread mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours prior to baking.
