Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place peanuts, sugar, syrup and salt in a 2 quart bowl or 8 cup Pyrex measuring cup.
    Cook on full power for 5 minutes.
    Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
    Add butter and cook 1 to 1-1/2 minutes.
    Add soda and vanilla and stir until light and fluffy. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
    Cool and break into pieces.
