Peaches And Cream Cheese Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. regular vanilla pudding
    1 (15 to 20 oz.) can sliced peaches or pineapple chunks, well drained (reserve juice)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. reserved juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch deep dish or 10-inch pie pan.
    Combine in a large bowl the first 7 ingredients.
    Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Place the peaches or pineapple over the batter.
