Black Magic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. strong black coffee
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs (white or brown)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla.
Beat at a mild speed for 2 minutes.
Batter will be thin.
Pour into greased and floured cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
For an oblong pan or layer pans, 30 to 35 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pans.
Decorate with your favorite frosting.
