French Fried Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cauliflower
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Remove large outer leaves of cauliflower.
    Break into flowerets.
    Cook, covered, in small amount of boiling water (salted) for 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Drain.
    Combine eggs and water; beat well.
