Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. RapidRise dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 beaten egg
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and warm water together; set aside.
    Melt butter; add buttermilk.
    Add yeast mixture to lukewarm liquid.
    Add salt, sugar, soda and beaten egg.
    Stir in 1 cup flour.
    Beat all together and add 2 cups flour.
    Put dough in greased bowl and leave in a cool placed until 2 hours prior to serving.
    Roll out and cut.
    Grease tops and bottoms with butter; fold in half. Place in pans and let rise at room temperature.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 about 10 to 15 minutes.
