Veal Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal cubes
    4 peeled tomatoes (from 1 lb. can)
    10 oz. frozen peas
    4 cloves garlic
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute veal in oil 10 minutes.
    While water is releasing from veal, add garlic and continue sauteing.
    Fifteen minutes later, add peeled tomatoes (crushed with fork), peas, salt, pepper and water to cover.
    Cook 15 minutes (high).
    Cover; simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    As water reduces continue adding water to consistency of your choice.
    Serve over buttered rice.
    Serves 4.
