Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour, plus dash of salt, sifted 3 times
3 c. sugar, sifted once
2 sticks butter
6 eggs
1 Tbsp. Crisco oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring (if desired)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add Crisco oil, flour and whipping cream alternately.
Add flavoring.
Place in cold oven.
Bake at 325\u00b0for 1 or 1 1/2 hours.
