Must Try Turnip Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork steak
    2 large onions
    2 large bell peppers
    5 pods garlic, minced
    salt
    black pepper
    garlic powder
    crushed red pepper
    flour
    oil
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    In a large skillet, put enough oil to fry meat.
    Flour and season meat; fry in oil until brown but not done.
    While this is cooking, chop all vegetables.
    Slowly to meat, add flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until all oil is absorbed.
    To this, add vegetable mixture, turning.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until vegetables wilt.
    Add cold water to cover meat and vegetables, plus 2 inches over.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    Cover and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
