Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. browned stew meat
    6 potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
    3 carrots, cut into slices
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 pt. stewed tomatoes
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. beef bouillon
    2 to 3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in greased casserole dish and cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours or until vegetables are tender.
