Classic Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 deep dish pastry shell
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings.
    Crumble bacon; set aside.
    Cook onion (sliced thin) in reserved drippings until tender; drain.
