French Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    assortment of fresh and dried herbs, chopped
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes or just scrub and rinse.
    Cut into thin slices not all the way through.
    Put potatoes into baking dish and fan out slices.
    Sprinkle with salt and butter and herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese again.
    Bake for additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
