Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    Buttermilk
    Salt
    Pepper
    Flour
Preparation
    Wash chicken parts and place in shallow dish and cover with buttermilk. Let sit 3-4 hours or overnight (overnight is best). Drain. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge in flour. Deep fry. ENJOY!!!!
