Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin beef
    1 medium onion, finely chopped or 2 tsp. minced dry onion
    1 large egg
    1 slice white bread, dipped in water and squeezed
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread, parsley, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Mix well.
    Shape in loaf and place in baking dish.
    Add beef broth.
    Bake uncovered 1 hour, basting frequently.
    Remove from oven and cool.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
    Slice thinly and serve with Dijon mustard.
    Delicious when heated, but I think it is at its best when chilled (thinly sliced and served with mustard).
