Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    pinch of salt
    4 c. flour
    1 to 2 tsp. cold water
Preparation
    Drop eggs into bowl with flour and pinch of salt.
    Mix, using fingers.
    Add cold water and knead.
    Let rest 30 minutes.
    Using 1/4 of dough, roll out and let dry for 30 minutes.
    Cut into desired strips.
    Repeat.
    Cook in boiling water.
