Homemade Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    day old white bread
    vegetable oil
    Parmesan cheese
    garlic powder
Preparation
    On breadboard, use a pastry brush to coat both sides of bread with oil.
    Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan and garlic powder (both sides).
    Cut slices into cubes and toast other side until golden brown.
    Cool and then store cubes in closed container. Great for Caesar salads or even as a snack.
