Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 pkg. lemon Jello
    1 can carnation milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 lemon rinds
    juice of 1 lemon
    Vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation
    Add hot water to jello, mix and cool.
    Best when cool and add sugar, rind of lemon and juice of one.
    Beat carnation milk until heavy.
    Fold jello mixture into milk.
    Line dish or pan with cookies crumbs, pour mixture into dish then cover with more cookie crumbs.
    Note:
    Crush 12 cookies to line pan then 9 more for sprinkling on top.
