Aunt Babe'S Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked rice
chicken bouillon
2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts
7 spring onions
30 pimento stuffed olives
1/2 c. minced bell pepper
1 tsp. curry powder, or more to taste
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions, using bouillon in place of water, set aside.
Drain artichokes slightly and chop.
Slice onions using green part also.
Slice olives and mix artichokes, onions, olive and bell pepper with rice.
Add curry powder to mayonnaise and mix with other ingredients.\tBest served at room temperature.
