Cake Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    2/3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks, milk and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Mix in cocoa and flour.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Turn into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool and cut into 16 squares.
