Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
salt
butter
paprika
Preparation

Pare and boil potatoes until tender; mash.
Beat together cream cheese (softened) and sour cream.
Add the hot potatoes and beat until light and fluffy.
Spoon into buttered casserole and brush with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Can be prepared ahead and put in oven just before serving time.
(Reheat leftovers in microwave.)
