Rice Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1/2 c. leftover oatmeal
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    flour
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except flour and eggs.
    Form into patties.
    Dip patties in beaten eggs and coat with flour.
    Fry in a hot, oiled skillet.
    Brown both sides.
    Serve hot.
