Jingle Bell Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. chopped peanuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine in top of double boiler the butterscotch morsels and peanut butter.
Place over hot, not boiling, water until butterscotch melts.
Remove from water.
Stir until blended.
Add milk and stir until well blended.
Spread in foil lined pan (8 x 8-inch).
Press chopped nuts into surface.
Chill until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.
Makes 64 squares.
