Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hen or 2 chickens
    2 large onions
    4 pieces garlic
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 small can mushrooms, sliced
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1 lb. pkg. spaghetti
Preparation
    Cook hen or chickens in a pot of salted water.
    Cool, strip meat off and save broth.
    This may be done the day before.
