Paris Potatoes - cooking recipe

1 (2 lb.) pkg. shredded hash brown potatoes
1 c. sour cream
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix hash brown potatoes, cottage cheese and sour cream together in casserole dish.
Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
