Skewer Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce (light)
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce (dark)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. sherry
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
    4 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Unroll the entire flank steak.
    Trim off fat.
    Cut into 1/8 inch slices across the grain.
    Marinate at least 4 hours, stirring sliced beef on bamboo skewers like ribbon candy.
    Barbecue over charcoal or set oven to broil.
    Brown 4 inches away from broiler for just a few minutes, turning over once to brown both sides.
