Frosted Grapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

egg white
sugar
cluster of grapes
Preparation

In small bowl, beat egg white until frothy.
Place sugar in shallow dish.
Hold each cluster of grapes by stem and dip into egg white, shaking off excess egg white.
Roll grapes in sugar until evenly coated.
Refrigerate on rack until coating is set or overnight.
Try grapes of different colors mixed to make table arrangement.
Small clumps are attractive garnish.
