Barbecued Rack Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. rack of lamb
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Rub lamb on all sides with mixture of the seasonings six hours or longer before cooking.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 over indirect heat in covered barbecue for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
